Terms & Conditions for EV Owners

1. Eligibility & Listing Obligations

  • Owners must provide proof of vehicle ownership, valid insurance, and electrical safety certification.
  • All listing information, including vehicle specs and availability, must be accurate and kept up-to-date.
  • Owners are responsible for regular maintenance of their charging equipment to ensure safety and functionality.

2. Pricing, Payments & Fees

  • Owners receive 85% of the total booking cost. The remaining 15% is the platform fee.
  • Payouts are processed on a weekly basis, subject to a minimum balance.
  • Owners agree that all payments from renters will be processed exclusively through the EV Share platform.

3. Liability, Insurance & Safety

  • Owners must maintain comprehensive insurance covering property damage and liability.
  • The platform is not liable for any damage to the owner's property or vehicle caused by renters, except where mediated through our dispute process.
  • Charging stations must comply with all local safety codes and be equipped with a visible emergency shut-off.

4. Cancellations & Disputes

  • Owners can cancel bookings up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations may affect their host rating.
  • Disputes between owners and renters will be mediated by the EV Share platform, and decisions are binding.
