  • EV Share acts as a neutral marketplace to connect owners and renters. We do not own, operate, or endorse any charging station.
  • Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Disputes & Termination

  • The platform will act as a mediator in disputes. Our decision is final.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
