Terms & Conditions for Renters

1. Eligibility & Booking

  • Renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment method.
  • All bookings must be made through the EV Share platform. Payments outside the platform are strictly prohibited.

2. Usage & Conduct

  • Renters must handle charging equipment with care and follow all posted instructions.
  • Charging sessions must not exceed the booked time. Overstaying may incur additional fees.
  • Any damage to the charging station or property must be reported immediately.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start time.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the booking start time.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking start time.

4. Liability & Safety

  • Renters are liable for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
  • Renters must immediately report any safety concerns, such as damaged cables or sparks, and cease using the station.
